We are a small, independent specialty coffee roasting business based in London.

The inspiration behind Harvestry stems from a belief in sharing the abundant bounty of the harvest with one's community after the hard work of sowing and nurturing the seeds.

My name is Qussai, and I am an Arab refugee of Palestinian origin who found solace in coffee upon moving away from home, family, and friends into the unknown. Coffee became my refuge, a comforting presence for someone who has left everything behind.

I take great pride in carefully sourcing and roasting exquisite and exceptional coffee beans from unique regions around the world, including the lush landscapes of Southwest and Southeast Asia.

My journey began by hand-roasting beans while juggling a full-time job in human rights. Times were tough, but roasting coffee for local restaurants became my lifeline, and this side hustle blossomed into Harvestry Coffee.

My Middle Eastern heritage fuels my passion for its coffee, food, and culture. Through my business, I also aim to explore and introduce lesser-known coffees from other regions, broadening the horizons of coffee enthusiasts everywhere.
Our specialty coffees are a testament to our passion.

Each bean is handpicked from the freshest coffee harvests, ensuring a unique story of blended flavours. Our careful roasting techniques allow the distinctive characteristics of each region to shine through in every cup.
