Experience the vibrant flavors of our latest addition from Rwanda, Inzuzi, which is Kinyarwanda for ‘Juicy’. This single-origin coffee from the Musozi-Mugonero region offers delightful notes of juicy peach, zesty orange, and sweet brown sugar, creating an exceptional brew you won't want to miss.
Sourced from the renowned Rwamatamu Coffee Ltd, this coffee is a testament to meticulous cultivation and processing. Nestled in the rich volcanic soil of Musozi-Mugonero at altitudes of 1600 to 2000 meters, these beans benefit from an ideal growing environment. The harvest season, from January to March, ensures that only the ripest cherries are selected.
The coffee cherries are fully washed with pure spring water, sun-dried, and carefully handpicked to maintain the highest standards. This dedication to quality has earned Rwamatamu recognition in the USA, Sweden, and high accolades in the "Cup of Excellence" competition.
Founded by Mukantwaza Laetitia and Rutaganda Gaston, Rwamatamu Coffee Ltd is not only committed to producing premium coffee but also to having a positive impact on the local community. With over 13 years in the industry, the farm collaborates with local cooperatives and smallholder farmers, focusing on social and economic improvements, particularly for women, who make up 80% of their workforce.
