Yamaniya’s Story

Discover the exceptional taste of our Ibb Regional Yemen coffee, a specialty blend with delightful notes of grapes, praline, and dates. This coffee honours a small village in Yemen's Ibb region, renowned for its diverse landscape, high altitudes, and sub-tropical climate, which create ideal conditions for growing premium coffee beans.

Grown in fertile soil and surrounded by stunning scenery, the local 'Yamaniya' coffee cherries are harvested from October to January. Farmers handpick the ripest cherries, which are then cleaned, quality-checked, and dried on raised beds. After reaching optimal moisture levels, the beans are sealed in airtight bags to prevent oxidation and contamination. Rested for 1 to 2 months, the beans are then sorted, graded, and bagged before making their way to us.
